The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of students in the subject of Science using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model assisted by ludo media on the material of the Human Digestive System in Grade V of SDN 067245 Medan Selayang in the 2024/2025 Academic Year, to determine the significant effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model assisted by ludo media on the material of the Human Digestive System in Grade V of SDN 067245 Medan Selayang in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This research was conducted on December 2-3, 2024 at SD Negeri 067245 Medan Selayang in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The population in this study were 25 students in class V A and 20 students in class V B. This type of research is a pre-experimental design. The type of research design is one group pretest - posttest. The data collection technique used by the researcher is a multiple choice test. After analyzing the data on the research results, it was obtained that student learning outcomes on the Human Digestive System material before the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model assisted by ludo media (pre-test) 43.6 did not meet the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP) value. Student learning outcomes using ludo media (post-test) obtained an average learning outcome value of 83.6 and met the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP) value. There is a significant influence, this is known from the value After being tested, the final test data V-A and V-B are normally distributed, so the hypothesis testing can be continued using an independent test, so that the results of the final test data for classes V-A and V-B are obtained, namely: X_count value (x ^ 2) 10.5> x ^ 2 table = 2, 01 then H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of the use of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model assisted by Ludo media on the results of science learning of class V students of SD Negeri 067245 Medan Selayang 2024/2025
