HUBUNGAN PELAKSANAAN SUPERVISI PENDIDIKAN DENGAN KINERJA GURU DI SEKOLAH BINJAI UTARA 2021/2022

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of educational supervision and teacher performance at the North Binjai Elementary School. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive and significant relationship between the implementation of educational supervision  and  teacher  performance  at  the  North  Binjai  Elementary School. The research method used is correlational. Researchers used a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The research population was 120 people.  Determination of the sample of this study as  many as 36 people, researchers determined 40% of the total population that can represent the population with a sampling technique that is random sampling. The description of the implementation of educational supervision at the North Binjai Elementary School is in the good category, with an average score of 48.45, while the teacher's performance at the North Binjai Elementary School is in the productive category, with an average score of 67.9. The results of data analysis with the Product Moment Correlation test, obtained a correlation coefficient = 0.961 (included in the sufficient category) with rtable = 0.320 at the 95% confidence level and 5% alpha. Thus, 0.961 > 0.320 or the rcount value is greater than the rtable value, so the implementation of educational supervision has a positive relationship with teacher performance. To determine the significance of the relationship between the implementation of educational supervision and teacher performance, the t-test formula was used. From the test obtained tcount = 21.37 with ttable = 1.303 at 95% confidence level and 5% alpha. Thus, 21.37 > 1.303 or the value of tcount is greater than the value of ttable so that  it  can  be  said  to  be  significant.  Implementation  of  Education Supervision (X) has contributed to Teacher Performance (Y) North Binjai Elementary School. Based on the discussion and analysis of the data, it is said that there is a positive and significant relationship between educational supervision  and  teacher  performance  at  the  North  Binjai  Elementary School which is acceptable. Where the increase in the implementation of educational supervision, the increase in teacher performance is obtained.
