PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PAIRED STORYTELLING TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENYIMAK CERITA SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI 060938 KEC. MEDAN JOHOR TAHUN AJARAN 2021/2022

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of the Paired Storytelling Learning Model on the Storytelling Skills in Grade IV Students at  Elementary School 060938 Kec. Medan Johor Academic Year 2021/2022. The location of this research was carried out in Elementary School 060938 Kec. Medan Johor on 28-29 March 2022 as the subjects were students of class IVa and IVb with 22 students in class IVa and 22 students in class IVb. This type of research uses quantitative methods that refer to the type of quasi-experimental research approach. Before doing the learning the average value of the initial test for class IVa = 59 and the average value of class IVb = 61. After learning is carried out in class IVa using the conventional learning model and after the final test the students get an average of 83 while student learning outcomes in class IVb using the Paired Storytelling learning model obtained an average of 89. The conclusion in this study is that the Paired Storytelling Learning Model has an effect on the storytelling skills of fourth grade students at Elementary School 060938 Kec. Medan Johor Academic Year 2021/2022.
