Abstrak

This study explores the impact of social media marketing, especially through platforms such as Instagram, on the tourism sector. This emphasizes the importance of aligning promotional strategies with quality service delivery to increase tourist satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. This research uses qualitative methods, mainly through in-depth interviews and documentation, to collect data from participants. Findings show that effective social media promotion, combined with excellent on-ground service, significantly influences travelers' willingness to recommend a destination to others. The study concludes that destination managers must ensure a harmonious relationship between online marketing efforts and actual visitor experiences to increase attraction and satisfaction levels among tourists.
