Abstrak

The performance in question is a work result achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him which is based on skill, experience and sincerity and punctuality. The aim of conducting this research is to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of Grab partners in Medan City. The sample in this research was Medan City grab partners with a total of 50 people. The data collection method in this research is associative. The data collection method was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results obtained for the work stress variable (X), it shows a tcount value of 3.187 > ttable value of 2.051 with a significance value of 0.003 < α value (0.05). With a significant value below 0.05, this means that the Ha hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the work stress variable has an influence on the performance of grab partners in Medan City, and the coefficient of determination (Adjust R Square) is 0.462 or 46.2, which means that the performance of grab partners in Medan City is influenced by work stress by 46.2% and the remaining 53.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
