HUBUNGAN ANTARA PEMBERIAN REWARD DAN PUNISHMENT DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V SDN 060938 MEDAN JOHOR TAHUN AJARAN 2021/2022

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the relationship between reward and punishment with learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 060938 Kec. Medan Johor, Academic Year 2021/2022. The form of this research is a form of quantitative research. The population of this study were all students of class V SDN 060938 Medan Johor, totaling 23 students. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. To test the quality of the instrument in this study using validity and rehabilitation tests. The results of the research that have been described are that there is a relationship between the provision of rewards and punishments with student learning motivation.
