Abstrak

This study aims to determine the relationship between character and learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Swasta Dharma Wanita Jl. This study aims to determine the relationship between character and learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Swasta Dharma Wanita Jl. Melati II No. 30 Sempakata, Medan Selayang Subdistrict for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The form of this research is a form of quantitative research. The population of this study were all fourth grade students at SD Swasta Dharma Wanita Jl. Melati II No. 30 Sempakata, Medan Selayang Subdistrict, totaling 27 students. The research sample was 27 students who were determined using a random sampling technique. The research variables include the student's character as independent variables and learning outcomes as the dependent variable. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation studies. To test the quality of the instrument in this study using validity and rehabilitation tests. Data analysis used product moment correlation analysis which consisted of one independent variable and one dependent variable. Based on data analysis, there is a relationship between character and student learning outcomes, the magnitude of the relationship is determined by the coefficient of determination = 0.94 or 94%, where the correlation coefficient is at a very strong relationship level.
