PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA DIKELAS IV SD NEGERI PERCONTOHAN KABANJAHE TAHUN AJARAN 2021/2022

This study aims to determine the effect of audio visual media on the learning outcomes of elementary school students in science. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Audio Visual Media on learning outcomes. The type of this research was (quasi experiment).The design used in this research is the pretest-post control group design. The population used is the SD Negeri Percontohan Kabanjahe for academic year 2021/2022, with the research sample being class IVA -IVB as the experimental class and the control class. The test instrument used to determine science learning outcomes is in the form of an essay. The average value of student learning outcomes using audio-visual media in life cycle science subjects in class IV of SD Negeri Percontohan Kabanjahe is 77.33. While the average value of student learning outcomes that do not use audio-visual media in life cycle science subjects in class IVB SD Negeri Pilot Kabanjahe is 64.05. Science learning outcomes on life cycle materials in class using audio-visual media are better than student learning outcomes not using audio-visual media for fourth grade students at SD Negeri Percontohan Kabanjahe for academic year 2021/2022.
