ANALISIS KESULITAN BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA KELAS IV SD NEGERI 068003 Kec. MEDAN TUNTUNGAN TAHUN AJARAN 2021/2022

Abstract

            This study aims to analyze students' learning difficulties in science learning, and find out the factors of student difficulties, this research was carried out on 22 April 2022 in class IV SD Negeri 068003 Kec. Medan Tuntungan in 2021/2022. This study uses a qualitative approach and uses a qualitative description method. The population and sample of this research are all fourth grade students of SD Negeri 068003 Kec. Medan Tuntungan totaling 25 people.

            Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it can be seen that the ability of students to answer test questions in class IV SD Negeri 068003 Medan Tuntungan is categorized as poor, because the average of students is 57.44 and students' ability criteria <70 are categorized as poor. Based on the results of the student error percentage test in working on the questions in science learning in class IV, it can be seen that the most difficult thing for students to determine is the properties of light and the percentage level is 72%. The cause of students having difficulty in understanding the material properties of light is due to lack of understanding and lack of understanding.
