PENGARUH FASILITAS PEPRUSTAKAAN TERHADAP MINAT BACA SISWA KELAS V DI UPT SDN 064979MEDAN SUNGGAL TAHUN AJARAN 2021/2022

Abstrak

This study was conducted to determine library facilities on the reading interest of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Medan Sunggal and determine the significant influence between library facilities and reading interest of students in grade V SD Negeri 064979 Medan Sunggal Academic Year 2021\2022.This study has two types of data, namely the reading interest of the students of SD Negeri 064979 Medan Sunggal and the reading interest of the students of SD Negeri 068003 Medan Tuntungan. This research method is quantitative with a sample of 25 students, questionnaire data collection, observation and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the level of library facilities at SD Negeri 064979 Medan Sunggal is categorized as good with a value of 90.62% while the level of library facilities at SD Negeri 068003 Medan Tuntungan is categorized as Enough with a value of 46.87%. Furthermore, after the researchers got the data through distributing questionnaires to students, then it was solved by finding the average value of the results of students' reading interest so that it was obtained 54.00 SD Negeri 068003 Medan Tuntungan while 82.80 for SD Negeri 064979 Medan Sunggal.
