PEMENUHAN HAK ANAK ATAS PENDIDIKAN DI MASA COVID-19 DALAM PERSPEKTIF UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 35 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN ANAK

Abstrak

Corona Virus Disease(Covid-19) occurs in almost all corners of the world without exception in Indonesia, in this case many events have occurred including one of them regarding children's rights. Children are the young generation who will continue the ideals of the nation, therefore children must get their rights properly. As for one of the rights of the child is to get an education as stipulated in Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. This study aims to find out how to fulfill children's rights to education during the Covid-19 period from the perspective of Law no. 35 of 2004 concerning child protection using normative-juridical research methods.
