Abstrak

This aims to determine the effect Mind Mapping Learning Method on the Learning outcoaaaaazmes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 064023 Medan Tuntungan for the 2022/2023 Academic year. The location of this resesrch was carried out at SD Negeri 064023 Medan Tuntungan on March 28-29 2023 as the subjects were students in class V-a and V-b with a total of 22 students in class V-a and 22 students in class V-b. This type of research uses a quantitative method which refers to the type of quasi eksperimental research approach with the research instrument is an essay test of 5 questions. Before learning, the average value of the initial test for class V-a = 49.54 and the average value for class V-b = 54.77. After learning was carried out in class V-a using the Mind Mapping learning method and after the final test the student obtained an average of 88.40 while student learning outcomes in class V-b using the Conventional Learning method obtained 70.68. The conclusion in this study is that the Mind Mapping learning method has an effect on the learning out comes of fifth gradre students at SD Negeri 064023 Medan Tuntungan for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.
