Marketing communication strategy is the right combination to introduce a product to the public so that the product is in demand. Companies can not only create good products, but also have to be smart in marketing their products so they can attract as many consumers as possible. Researchers chose Sitepu Medan Durian as the research location. This research was conducted from November 2023 to December 2023. The research method used was qualitative and in this research there were 29 informants, namely. 1 owner, 7 employees and 21 customers. Data for this research was collected through interviews, observations and documents. The research results show that the marketing communication strategy implemented is relatively good, marketing communication is carried out through direct sales and information so that consumers believe in the quality of the products provided and arouse interest in trying them.
