Abstrak

This research aims to examine the influence of time management on the study productivity of social and legal science (SOSHUM) students within the environment of Quality University. The research method employed is a quantitative approach with a population of 136 students from the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences at Quality University. Sampling was conducted using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error, resulting in 101 students as respondents. Data analysis was carried out through validity testing, reliability testing, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, data normality testing, coefficient of determination (R2), and t-test. The research findings indicate that all items in the Time Management and Study Productivity questionnaire have high validity. The reliability of both variables is also high, with Cronbach's Alpha coefficients of 0.887 and 0.884 respectively. There is a strong positive relationship between Time Management and Study Productivity, with a correlation coefficient of 0.879. Simple regression analysis shows that Time Management significantly influences Study Productivity, with an F value of 9.211 and a significance level of 0.000. The data also demonstrate normal distribution, with Time Management significantly contributing to Study Productivity, as indicated by an R-square value of 0.772. The t-test confirms that the Time Management variable has a significant impact on Study Productivity, with a calculated t-value of 9.211, exceeding the tabulated t-value of 1.98447 at a significance level of 0.05. Thus, this research emphasizes the importance of Time Management in enhancing student Study Productivity within the Quality University environment.
