Abstrak

The main problem in this research is whether there is a significant influence between service quality on interest in visiting Medan Adventist Hospital. This study aims to identify whether service quality has a significant influence on patient interest in visiting Medan Adventist Hospital. The approach used in this research is quantitative through a population survey method, with the target population being inpatients at the Medan Adventist Hospital. The total sample of 118 patients was determined using the Slovin method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, and data analysis involved descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R^2). The research results show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between service quality and interest in visiting Medan Adventist Hospital. 2) Service quality has an important role in influencing interest in visiting Medan Adventist Hospital. Therefore, one of the actions that can be taken is to provide optimal services to patients or families of patients who are seeking treatment, with the hope that Medan Adventist Hospital will become the main choice compared to other hospitals.
