*This study aims to determine the influence of Quantum Learning Model on Students' Learning Outcomes in IPAS Class IV SDS Penuai Medan School Year 2023/2024”. The population in this study was 30 students, all 4th grade students of SDS Penuai Medan School Year 2023/2024”. This type of quasi-experimental research with selection techniques is the total sample in class IVA as an experimental class and is taught using the Quantum Learning learning model. Class IVB as a control class that is taught conventionally. Research data retrieval technique is a test of student learning outcomes in the form of essay test. Data analysis using prerequisite tests (normality, homogeneity) and hypothesis testing using t test. Based on the data analysis results can be seen from x, experimental class 77,52 and x control 70,31. Post test data with experimental class lilifors test were obtained L _{0 }= 0.1024 < L _{(0.05) (17)} = 0.206 for a = 5% of the number of 17 students, then H0 is accepted, so that the data of learning outcomes taught with the Quantum Learning model are normally distributed. And the data on the learning outcomes of classes taught with Conventional learning tested for normality with the lilliefors test were obtained L0 = 0.1744 < L (0.05) (13) = 0.234 for a = 5% of the number of 13 students, then H0 is accepted, so that the data of learning outcomes taught with Conventional learning are normally distributed. Based on the results of the calculation, the price F = 2.2699 < F (0.05) (17) (13) = 2.42 for a = 5%, n1 = 17 n2 = 13. Thus, H0 is accepted, so that the data of the learning outcomes of classes taught with the Quantum Learning Model and classes taught with Conventional learning have homogeneous Variance. It can be continued by testing the hypothesis with an independent test formula between the two data factors of the learning outcomes of the class taught with the Quantum Learning model of learning and the class taught with Conventional learning, so that the result x²= 15.13 > = 5.99 is obtained because x²> then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted.
