PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KESELAMATAN KERJA PETUGAS PEMADAM KEBAKARAN KOTA MEDAN

Abstrak

This study aims to measure the effect of work discipline on the work safety of
firefighters in Medan by using quantitative descriptive research methods. The data
collection was carried out by using the data collection method by distributing
questionnaires, while the data analysis technique for testing the hypothesis was
using simple linear regression analysis because it only analyzed two variables.
The results showed that the hypothesis is accepted with a significance value of
0.002 <0.05 and R Square 0.292, which means that the independent variable of
work discipline affects the dependent variable, namely work safety by 29.2%.
