Abstrak

This research aims (1) to determine student learning outcomes without using the problem based learning model in class V Indonesian language lessons at SD Negeri 101794 Patumbak T.P 2023/2024 (2) to determine student learning outcomes using the problem based learning (PBL) model in lessons Indonesian language for class V at SD Negeri 101794 Patumbak T.P 2023/2024 (3) to determine the significant influence of the problem based learning (PBL) model in Indonesian language lessons for class V at SD Negeri 101794 Patumbak T.P 2023/2024. This research instrument uses a test with essay research with quantitative research of the Quassy Experiment Design type. The subjects of this research were class V students at SD Negeri 101794 Patumbak with a total of 46 students. The research sample is class V-A as an experimental class using a problem based learning model, and class V-B as a control class without using a problem based learning model. Student learning outcomes using the problem based learning model obtained 80.5, while those who only used conventional learning obtained a score of 73.77. Thus, it can be stated that the problem based learning model has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of class V-A students.
