This study analyzes and uses the observation method and distributes questionnaires or questionnaires to 100 respondents who are taken at random who are encountered when field research is carried out and in qualitative descriptive analysis. This study aims to determine whether the services carried out by CU GBKP Runggun Ketaren Kabanjahe Kabanjahe District have been carried out well or not well.The results of this study were obtained at CU Peken Pardis that the services provided were in the good category. Services in managing member data collection, managing savings and loans, registering new members, managing those who are in arrears are in accordance with the existing rules at CU Peken Pardis GBKP Runggun ketaren Kabanjahe Kabanjahe District.
