This research aims (1) to determine student learning outcomes without using the Numbered Head Together model for class IV SDN 102095 Tebing Syahbandar T.P 2023/2024 (2) to determine student learning outcomes using Numbered Head Together SDN 102095 Tebing Syahbandar T.P 2023/2024. (3) to determine the significant influence of the Numbered Head Together learning model with the conventional learning model on student learning outcomes at SDN 102095 Tebing Syahbandar T.P 2023/2024. This research instrument uses a test with quantitative research type Quasy Experimental Design. The subjects of this research were class IV students at SDN 102095 Tebing Syahbandar with a total of 40 students. The research sample is class IV-A as a control class without using the Numbered Head Together learning model, and class IV-B as an experimental class using a conventional learning model. The learning outcomes of students using the Numbered Head Together model obtained a score of 91, while those who only used the conventional model obtained a score of 75. Thus, it can be stated that the Numbered Head Together learning model has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students in classes IV-A and IV-B.
