PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH (PBL) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA PADA KELAS IV SD N 101854 SEI MENCIRIM T.A 2023/2024

This research aims to determine: (1) student learning outcomes using the PBL model on mathematics learning outcomes in class IV SD N 101854 Sei Mencirim; (2) mathematics learning outcomes without the use of the PBL model on mathematics learning outcomes in class IV SD N 101854 Sei Mencirim; (3) significant influence using the PBL model and without using the PBL model in class IV of SD N 101854 Sei Mencirim; This research uses quantitative research. The sample used in the research consisted of 2 classes with class IV A as the control class and class IV as the experimental class. Sampling was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on certain considerations. The data collection technique uses the results of the pretest-posttest assessment. Data analysis technique uses t-test. The results of research in classes that implement PBL show an increase in learning outcomes. There is no significant improvement in the learning outcomes of classes that do not use PBL. Posttest results using the t-test for the control class and experimental class obtained a tcount of -38.385 with df = 74 at an error level of 0.05. Obtained Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000. Sig value. (2-tailed) is smaller than the error level of 0.05, meaning there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of students without using PBL and students who use PBL. T-test comparison results on The pretest-posttest score for the control class and the pretest-posttest score for the experimental class obtained a t-count of -80.891 with df = 37 and Sig.(2-tailed) = 0.000. Sig value. (2-tailed) is smaller than the 0.05 significance level. The t-test results show that mathematics learning that has implemented PBL has proven to be effective as a mathematics learning model in class IV in cube and space material at SD N 101854 Sei Mencirim Q.A 2023/2024.
