PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN DAGANG SINAR MAS HAKASIMA KOTA MEDAN

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee productivity at Sinar Mas Hakasima Trading Company, Medan City. The population in this study were employees of PD. Sinar Mas Hakasima Medan City. The sample used in this study was 110 respondents who were taken using simple random sampling technique with the slovin formula. from the results of data processing using SPSS 25 Simple linear regression analysis Y = 15,070 + 1,082X. The coefficient of determination is 0.385 or 38.5% so it can be concluded that the effect of compensation is 0.385 or 38.5%. The results of the t test tcount> ttable or 8.219> 1.659 then partially compensation affects employee productivity obtained from ttabel> tcount or 8.219> 1.659.
