Organizational Communication Climate is the perception of how far organizational members feel that the organization is trustworthy, supportive, open, attentive and active. Effective communication helps avoid misunderstandings and improves coordination. The number of samples taken was 126 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and the data was tested using the SPSS 25 program. It can be seen that the Organizational Communication Climate has a significant and influential effect on Employee Performance. Based on the results obtained from a simple regression test to determine the influence of the Organizational Communication Climate on Employee Performance at the Vina Estetika General Hospital, it can be seen from the model summary table with a coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.363, which means that the Communication Climate has an influence of 36.3% on Employee Performance, while 63.7% is the influence of variables that are not included in this research. This significant value is below 0.05, which means that the Communication Climate has a positive influence on Employee Performance. With the results of the t test, it is obtained that tcount > ttable or 2.838 > 1.657, it means that the Communication Climate is partially influenced positively by Employee Performance.
