Abstrak

This research aims to investigate the impact of the Time Token learning model on the science outcomes of fifth-grade students at UPT SPF SDN 105315 during the 2022/2023 academic year. A key issue identified at this school is that teachers are not employing a sufficiently diverse range of learning models in their science instruction. This study is designed as a quasi-experimental research and utilizes tests as its primary instrument. The results reveal that the average final test score for the experimental group (class IIA), which implemented the Time Token model, was 93. 41, while the control group (class IIB) achieved an average score of 86. 09. The final test scores for both classes were organized into frequency tables showing absolute and relative frequencies, with additional representation through histograms, to visualize student performance following the implementation of the Time Token learning model compared to traditional teaching methods used in the control class. For hypothesis testing, an independent t-test was conducted with a significance level set at α = 0. 05. The results indicated a significant difference, with a chi-square value of x² (12. 58) supporting the effectiveness of the Time Token model on the science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at the school.
