PENGARUH METODE DEBAT TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA SISWA KELAS V SDN 065015 MEDAN TUNTUNGAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of students' use of pantun material on speaking skills in the Indonesian language subject in the context of class V SD Negeri 065015 Medan Tuntungan. The problem in this school is the students' lack of speaking skills. This type of research is quasi-experimental, and the research tool is testing. The average score of the end of semester test obtained using the Debate Model = 80.114, the standard is Good, and the students' spoken English ability increases, and the 5% degree of freedom 68 test is 4.352, which means that it is greater than 1.689 on the t-table. The results of this study The researchers conducted a pretest-posttest experimental study. Pretest is the value given before treatment (value is not generated using this method). The results of the data analysis show that the pre-test score is 2487 points, the average score is 71.06 points, and the post-test score is Processed results (using the method) have increased by 2804 points, with an average of 80.114 Based on the data
calculation above it can be concluded that  the debate method has an effect on oral skills in learning Indonesian for the 2022/2023 academic year level V SDN 065015.
