This study aims to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model and motivation on student learning outcomes. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 060914 Medan Sunggal. The population in this study were all students of class IV with a sample of class IV-A as many as 22 students who were taken using cluster random sampling technique. The research design uses quasi-experimental quantitative research. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis and significance testing using the F test. The results showed that the magnitude of the influence of the guided inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes was 74% with Fcount = 74.59 and the average student learning outcomes was 82.5 . The magnitude of the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes is 74% with Fcount = 74.59 and the average student motivation is 84.65. Meanwhile, the effect of the guided inquiry learning model and joint learning motivation on student learning outcomes is 37.21% with Fcount = 9.75. This shows that the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable, so the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the guided inquiry learning model and joint motivation on student learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri 060914 Medan Sunggal academic year 2022/2023.
