PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA SCRAPBOOK PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA KELAS IV SD NEGERI 067246 MEDAN TAHUN AJARAN 2022/2023

Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of validity of scrapbook media development and to determine the practicality of scrapbook media development in science subjects, plant parts material and its functions in grade IV SD Negeri 067246 Medan.

Type this research is a development research with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and evaluation). Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Where observation aims to collect initial data about the learning process using existing learning media in schools and interviews as a reference related to needs analysis and consideration materials in seeing the practicality of the products made.

The results of this study show that the level of validity of the developed scrapbook media has very valid criteria with an average percentage of 86.25%, and the level of practicality of the developed scrapbook media has very practical criteria with an average percentage obtained of 89.34%.

The conclusion of this research is that the scrapbook media is declared valid and practical to use for learning science material plant parts and their functions. The suggestion in this study, so that scrapbook media can be used as one of the media applied in learning.
