Thesis, Faculty of Teaching and Education, University of Mutu Medan, 2023. This research was conducted at UPT SDN 067246 Medan Tuntungan. This study aims to determine student learning outcomes using the teacher's dialect using the Toba Batak language, and the Influence of the Teacher's Dialect in the Learning Process on Student Learning Outcomes in Indonesian Language Class IV UPT SDN 067246 Kec Medan Tuntungan 2022/2023 Academic Year. Many samples in the study were 43 students of class IV-A and IV-B. This type of research is quasi-experimental and the assessment is a test for 5 essay questions. Before the two classes were given post test questions, they were given a pre test first to find out students' abilities. The average pre-test score for class IV-A students was 46.30 and the average score for class IV-B students was 43.5. After the two classes have been carried out with different teacher dialects, the average score for class IV-A using the teacher's dialect using standard Indonesian is 80.21 and the average score for class IV-B using the teacher's dialect uses Indonesian language. the Toba Batak is 76.75. The value of student learning outcomes with the teacher's dialect using standard Indonesian is higher than the average value of learning outcomes with the teacher's dialect using the Toba Batak language. Post test data results, hypothesis testing using the independent test formula between two factors for class IV-A and class IV- B obtained is the value = 13.11 and = 12.6 because > then it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence in the teacher's dialect using the Toba Batak language on student learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects in class IV UPT SD Negeri 067246 Medan Tuntungan district in the 2022/2023 academic year.
