PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN METODE INQUIRY LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA MATERI PERUBAHAN SIFAT BENDA DIKELAS V SD NEGERI 064023 MEDAN TUNTUNGAN TA 2022/2023

This study aims to determine the effect of the Inquiry Learning Method on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 064023 Medan Tungtungan for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The location of this research was carried out at SD Negeri 064023 Medan Tuntungan on March 28-29 2023 as the subjects were students in class Va and Vb with a total of 22 students in class Va and a total of 22 students in class Vb, this type of research used a quantitative method which refers to the type of quasi-experimental research approach with the research instrument being an essay test of 5 questions. Before learning the average value of the initial class test Va = 48.50 and the average value of Vb = 53.75. After learning was carried out in class Va using the inquiry learning method and after carrying out the final test students obtained an average of 84.75 while student learning outcomes in class v-b using conventional learning methods obtained 69.50. The conclusion in this study is that the Inquiry Learning Method has an effect on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 064023 Medan Tuntungan for the 2022/2023 Academic Year
