Abstrak

This study aims to find out 1) students' learning motivation without using the STAD type cooperative learning model of class VA students at SDN 060936 Medan Johor T.P 2022/2023, 2) student learning motivation using the STAD type cooperative learning model for students in class VB SDN 060936 Medan Johor T.P 2022 /2023, 3) There is an influence of the STAD type cooperative learning model on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 060936 Medan Johor T.P 2022/2023. This study uses a quasi-experimental research method. This research was conducted in February 2023 SDN 060936 Medan Johor with a total of 36 students who were determined randomly using a random technique. The sample is the VA class of 18 people as the control class and there are as many as 18 people as the experimental class. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire on student learning motivation and uses worksheets. The results of the study are as follows: (1) Students' motivation without using the STAD-type cooperative learning model of class VA students at SDN 060936 Medan Johor 2022/2023 gets an average score of 55. (2) Students' learning motivation using the STAD-type cooperative learning model class VB SDN 060936 Medan Johor T.P 2022/2023 obtained an average score of 89, (3) There was an influence of the STAD type cooperative learning model on the learning motivation of class V students at SDN 060936 Medan Johor. The results of the analysis of the number of questionnaire values obtained the significance value of the results of this study. It can be seen that the hypothesis is proven, through the t-test hypothesis test obtained tcount>ttable, namely 161.96> 1.69092. Then the results of the H0 hypothesis are rejected and the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model on student learning motivation in the Indonesian language subject class V SDN 060936 Medan Johor T.P 2022/2023
