PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA KOTAK KARTU MISTERIUS (KOKAMI) TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA DI KELAS V SD NEGERI 067246 MEDAN T.P 2022/2023

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of using the Mysterious Card Box Media (KOKAMI) on Student Learning Motivation in Science Subjects in Class V SD Negeri 067246 Medan T.P 2022/2023. The location of this research was carried out at SD Negeri 067246 Medan, from 27 to 29 March 2023 as the subjects were 20 students in class V-A and 20 students in class V-B. This type of research is quasi-experimental with the research instrument, namely the learning motivation questionnaire which has been validated by the validator. After learning was carried out in class V-A using the mysterious card box media (KOKAMI) and using no media (KOKAMI), the average results of the questionnaire for class V-A = 84.93 and class V-B = 77.75 were obtained. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis using an independent test between the two factors Chi Square motivation with a significant level α = 0.05 obtained x_count^2 – 7.81 > x_(table (0.95)(4))^2 = 5.991. From hypothesis testing it can be concluded that by using the mysterious card box media (KOKAMI) and without media (KOKAMI) there is a significant effect on students' learning motivation in science subjects in class V SD Negeri 067246 Medan Selayang Academic Year 2022/2023.
