The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness in developing STAD-type cooperative learning implementation plans (RPP) for grade V science subjects at SD Negeri 054883 Namo Mbelin, Kuala Langkat District, Kuala Langkat Regency, SD Negeri 054883 in the 2022/2023 school year, so that it can determine the practicality compile a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). Cooperative-Based Science Subject Type STAD Class V SD Negeri 054883 Namo Mbelin Kuala District Langkat Regency Academic Year 2022/2023. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Observations in it aim to collect initial data about the learning process in schools and interviews as a reference regarding needs analysis and material considerations to see the usefulness of the products produced. Based on the analysis that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) The level of effectiveness of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) developed has valid criteria with an average percentage of valid criteria of 78.65% and can be used, 2) Learning is implemented at a practical level The average percentage of implementation plans (RPP) is 98%, with very practical and usable standards.
