Abstrak

The research aims to determine the effect of the TimeToken model on speaking skills. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The average result of the initial test for class III-A = 32, and class III-B = 31.7, after learning the average results for class III-A without using the Time Token model and class III-B using the Time Token model, it is obtained the average result of class III-A = 57, and class III-B = 79.6. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis using an independent test between the two chi-squared factors, the results with a significant level of α=0.05 obtained X_count^2 = 26.56 > X_(table(0.095)(4))^2 = 9.49. It was concluded that using the Time Token learning model there was a significant influence on students' speaking skills in Indonesian in class III SD Negeri 060971 Medan Tuntungan T.P 2022/2023 so that the hypothesis was accepted.
