Abstrak

This research aims to determine student learning outcomes by using Interactive
Learning Models, student learning outcomes using conventional learning and the
Effect of Interactive Learning Models on Student Learning Outcomes in Science
Subject Material Green Plants Class V SD Negeri 106143 Sukamaju Kec. Sunggal
Kab. Deli Serdang Academic Year 2022/2023. The method used in this research is
quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test research designs. This research was
conducted at SD Negeri 106143 Sukamaju Kec. Sunggal Kab. Deli Serdang Academic
Year 2022/2023. The population of this study were all fifth grade students at SD Negeri
106143 Sukamaju, which consisted of 42 students. The sample of this study was class
V-A as the control class with a total of 22 students and class V-B as the experimental
class with a total of 20 students. The data collection technique in this study was an
essay test with 10 questions. Before both classes were given pre-test questions to
determine students' initial abilities. The result of the average pre-test score for class
V-A students is 45 and the average score for class V-B students i.e. 53. After the two
classes carried out different learning, the average value of class V-A using
Conventional was obtained, namely 51 and the average value using the Interactive
learning model was 70. The average value of student learning outcomes using the
Interactive learning model was higher higher than the average value of student
learning outcomes using conventional learning. Post test data results, hypothesis
testing using the independent test formula between two factors for class V-A
(Conventional Learning) and class V-B (Interactive Learning Model) obtained class
V-A and class V-B, namely the value of x²count = 18.20 and x²q-a)((B -1) (K-D) = 5.99
because x²count> X²(-2)(B-D)(K-D) it can be concluded that there is a significant
influence of Interactive Learning Model Effect on Student Learning Outcomes in
Science Subject Material Green Plants Class V SD Negeri 106143 Sukamaju, Sunggal
District, Deli Serdang Regency, Academic Year 2022/2023
