PENGARUH PEMBERIAN REWARD DAN PUNISHMENT TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN PESERTA DIDIK KELAS V SD NEGERI 065015 MEDAN TUNTUNGAN TAHUN AJARAN 2022/2023

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the 'Influence of Reward and Punishment on Student Discipline by distributing questionnaires for class V SD Negeri 065015 Medan Tuntungan. The problem with this school is the lack of discipline among students as students in the school. This type of research is quantitative and the instrument of this research is a questionnaire. 0.95)(2) = 5.99. From the results of testing the data hypothesis it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous effect of giving rewards on the discipline of students, there is a simultaneous effect of giving rewards and punishment on the discipline of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 065015 Medan Tuntungan Academic year 2022/2023.
