PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN SNOWBALL THROWING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN IPS SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI 068008 SIMALINGKAR A TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

The purpose of this study was to evaluate how students' learning outcomes in the science field were influenced by the Snowball Throwing Model and Conventional Learning on the topic of Ethnic and Cultural Diversity in Grade IV SD Negeri 068008 Simalingkar A. This research is classified as quasi research. experimental, and the test tool used is the test. The final test scores were averaged and compared between the two classes - class IVA (the experimental group with the Snowball Throwing Model) got an average score of 80, while class IVB (control group with conventional learning) got a score of 67. To find out how well the students studied With the Snowball Throwing Model compared to those who study conventionally, the frequency table of final test scores for each group is calculated as absolute and relative frequencies, then presented as a histogram. The process of testing the hypothesis involves independent examination of the two factors at the significant level a = 0.05 and dk = (2-1)(3-1)=2, yielding x2 (0.95)(2) = 5.99. Based on the results of testing the data hypothesis, it can be concluded that the use of the Snowball Throwing Model has a major effect on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students in Social Studies subjects, especially Ethnic and Cultural Forms. Diversity in Indonesia at SD Negeri 068008 Simalingkar A for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.
