Abstrak

The purpose of this Thesis Research is to determine the effect of training and
human resource development on employee performance, the influence of human
resource development on employee performance and to find out how much
influence simultaneously on employee performance at the Sirombu District Office,
West Nias Regency. The research was carried out using Quantitative research
methods with an Associative Model with the relationship of Multiple Variables with
two Independent Variables and one Dependent variable using simple Correlation
and Double Correlation at the Sirombu District Office, West Nias Regency with the
sampling technique used in this study, namely the saturated sampling method or

census because of the small number of respondents with 30 respondents. Based on
the results of this study revealed that training and human resource development,
simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
