Abstrak

This research and development aims to develop .scramble media in social
studies learning in elementary schools towards students' learning interests. Those
that meet the criteria are very valid and practical. The development model used
includes planning, production and evaluation. In this development research,
researchers limited the design stage to the evaluation stage. The number of students
in the class is 32 students in class III SD Negeri 101831 Bintang Meriah. The
instrument used to measure the validity of the developed Scramble media is by
distributing assessment questionnaires by media experts and material experts on the
media to be developed, and distributing student response questionnaires to the
developed Scramble media. The results showed that the validation results from the
media expert validator obtained a value of 3.6 which was declared very valid and
could be tested. The results of the material expert validator 3.6 were declared very
valid and could be tested on the media. Based on the results of the study, it was found
that the practicality value of the media which was tested on class III students at SD
Negeri 101831 Bintang Meriah obtained a value of 3.84 and the teacher's response
was 4.5
