The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of student learning
outcomes on social studies subjects by using the Index Card Match Learning
Model Assisted by Card Media and Conventional learning on the subject of
ethnic and cultural diversity in class V SD Negeri 106143 Sukamaju. The
problem with the school is The learning modelused by teachers in social studies
learning is still less varied. This type of research is quasi-experimental and the
research instrument is a test. The results of the average final test score were
obtained by the VA 74 class, namely the experimental class using the Index
Card Match Learning model with the Assistance of Media Cards and the VB 58
class, the control class. Tables of the frequency of final test scores for the
experimental class and control class can be distributed in absolute frequency
tables and relative frequencies then depicted in diagrammatic form to determine
student learning outcomes after learning with the Index Card Match Model
Assisted by Card Media in the experimental class and conventional learning in
the control class. Testing the hypothesis using an independent test between two
factors with a significant level a = 0.05 and dk = (2-1)(3-1)=2 is obtained x2
(0.95)(2) = 5.99. From the test results The data hypothesiscan be concluded
that there is a significant effect of using the Index Card Match LearningModel
with the help of card media on social studies subjects on ethnic and cultural
diversity in class V SD Negeri 106143 Sukamaju Kec. Sunggal 2022/2023
