Abstrak

The research was conducted at SD Negeri 056592 Perkebunan Bekiun T.A 2022/2023. As a population, there are 30 class IVA students and 30 class IVB students. The type of research being carried out was a quasi-experimental research (quasi-experimental) with the data collesion tool used was an essay test. From data analysis and hypotheses; (1) the average value of students taught using the think talk write learning model on short story writing ability obtained an average value of 80.67. (2) The learning outcomes of Indonesian studens who were taught using the conventional learning model on Short Story Writing material in class IV-B SD Negeri 056592 Bekiun Plantation obtained an average score of 73.99. (3) There is a significant effect of using the think talk write learning model on the ability to write short stories in Indonesian for class IV SD Negeri 056592 Bekiun Plantation in the 2022/2023 academic year.
