Abstrak

The problem in this study is that students still experience learning difficulties in
learning materials for energy sources and cause student learning outcomes to be not
maximized. This study aims to determine student learning outcomes using the project
based learning model assisted by scrapbook media, to determine student learning
outcomes using conventional learning and to determine the effect of using project
based learning model assisted by scrapbook media on student learning outcomes. This
research was conducted in class IV SD 060934 Medan Johor with the population of
this study being all students of class IV SD 060934 Medan Johor Quast Experiment
with Pretest Design and Posttest Control Design using a project based learning model
assisted by scrapbook media with data collection tools namely tests in the form of
descriptions. Based on the results of data analysis obtained (1) Student learning
outcomes on energy sources after using the project based learning model assisted by
scrapbook media in class IV SD 060934 Medan Johor Academic Year 2022/2023,
obtained an average value of 88.63. (2) Student learning outcomes on energy source
material without using the project based learning model assisted by scrapbook
(conventional) media in class IV SD 060934 Medan Johor Academic Year 2022/2023,
obtained an average score of 83. (3) There is an influence in the use the project based
learning learning model assisted by scrapbook media on student learning outcomes in
class IV energy sources SD 060934 Medan Johor Academic Year 2022/2023
