Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of problem-solving models on student learning outcomes. This study was conducted in SD N 101736 Medan Sunggal in Class V-a and Class V-b of Semester 2 of the academic year 2022/2023. The type of study conducted in this study was a quasi-experimental study with a control group pre-test, post-test design. This study included a sample of his 42 students and the research instrument was a multiple-choice test. The data analysis method utilizes the Excel program. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the problem-solving learning model has a significant impact on the learning outcomes of the social studies class V SD N 101736 Medan Sunggal. This is based on data obtained after conducting a survey. Data analysis showed that the experimental class had an average pretest score of 62 points, while the control class had an average pretest score of 62-68, which is still low. In contrast, the mean post-test score in the experimental class was 64 and the control class was 72, suggesting improved outcomes after treatment
