Abstrak

This study aims to determine the implementation of learning, mastery of learning outcomes and improvement of student learning outcomes on Hindu-Buddhist historical heritage materials in Indonesia by using image media in social studies subjects in grade IV SD Negeri 040472 Beganding in the 2021/2022 academic year. The subject of this research is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 040472, totaling 20 people and the object of this research is the image media on the material of Hindu-Buddhist historical heritage in Indonesia. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The data collection instruments used were teacher and student activity observation sheets and tests. This research was carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Student learning outcomes increased after using picture media in science subjects for Hindu-Buddhist historical heritage in Indonesia for fourth graders at SD Negeri 040472 Beganding for the 2021/2022 academic year. Based on the findings from the research, it can be concluded that image media can improve the implementation of learning, student learning mastery individually and classically and social studies learning outcomes on the use of image media in grade IV SD Negeri 040472 Beganding Academic Year 2021/2022
