Abstract
Rules of law governing the strength of proof of crimes in online trials (virtual online)
and knowing and analyzing the legality of evidence or evidence in electronic trials as
well as knowing and analyzing juridical analysis of the basis of judges' considerations
in proving online virtual trials of evidence and goods evidence in court decisions. The
research method used is normative juridical. The results of the study show that the rules
for proving evidence and criminal evidence in electronic courts (virtual online) are
regulated in Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) Number 4 of 2020 concerning
Administration and Trial of Criminal Cases in Electronic Courts. regulated in the
Criminal Procedure Code.
