Abstrak

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is an influence of the Problem Based Instruction Model on student learning outcomes. This research was carried out at SDN 107437 Tanjung Bambu. The research method used is the learning model with the research design used is a quasi experiment. The population in this study were all students in class III at SDN 107437 Tanjung Bambu, which consisted of two classes, in class III-A there were 19 students and in class III-B there were 12 students. With class III-A as the experimental class and class III-B as the control class, the sampling was carried out using a random technique. Data collection is using student learning outcomes test. The results of the analysis of the number of test scores obtained a significant value from the results of this researcher. It can be seen that the hypothesis is proven, through an independent test between two Chi squared factors, the results with a significant level of α = 0.05 obtained X_count^2= 18.15 > X_((0.095)(3) ))^2= 5.99. From testing the hypothesis, it can be concluded that by using the Problem Based Instruction learning model there is a significant influence on student learning outcomes in science subjects in class III SDN 107437 Tanjung Bambu Kec. STM Hulu T.P 2022/2023.
