Abstrak

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Pop-up Book Learning Media on Science Learning Motivation in Grade VI Students of SD Negeri 065015 Medan Tuntungan T.A 2022/2023. The location of this research was carried out at SD Negeri 065015 Medan Tuntungan, subjects were students in class control VI-A which had 22 students and class experiment VI-B which had 21 students. This type of research is a quasi experiment with research instruments, namely learning motivation questionnaires sheets that have been validated by the validator. After carrying out learning in class control VI-A using the lecture method

and class VI-B using pop-up book learning media,results the average results of questionnaires and observations for class control VI-A = 45.94 and class experiment VI-B = 82.4. Based on the test results hypothesis using an independent test between the two factors chi square results with a significant level obtained X2 count = 42.6 > X2table = 9.49. Based on the description above, it can be said that there is an influence of the Poop-Up Book learning media on the Science Learning Motivation of Grade VI Students at SD Negeri 065015 Medan Tuntungan T.A 2022/2023.
