Abstrak

This research was conducted to find out the learning outcomes using picture media in class IV SD Negeri 060934 T.P 2022/2023. The problems experienced at the school are; low student learning outcomes in social studies subject matter of how to get all human needs. The population of class IV students was 2 classes totaling 23 people in the experimental class and 23 people in the control class. This type of research is Quasi-Experimental with the research instrument being an Essay consisting of 5 questions. Based on the results of the calculation of the average student final test obtained 72.73 in the experimental class and the average value obtained from the control class was 68.86. Tables of the frequency of final test scores in the experimental and control classes are distributed in tables of absolute and relative frequencies then depicted in the form of a histogram to determine student learning outcomes after learning with media images in the experimental class and without media images in the control class. Testing the hypothesis using an independent test between the two factors with a significant level of α = 0.05 obtained x2 = 7.62 and x2 = 5.99. From the results the data hypothesis,it can be concluded that there is a significan influence with the application of media images on learning outcomes in social studies subjects matter of how to get humas needs in class IV SD Negeri 060934 Jl. Luku II Kec. Medan Johor T.P 2022/2023.
