The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline on the quality of employee service at the Siempat Nempu sub-district office, Dairi Regency. This research was conducted using a questionnaire to 32 employees of the Siempat Nempu Subdistrict Office, Dairi Regency. Based on the research results, it was partially obtained that the influence of work discipline (X) had a significant and positive influence on service quality (Y). This is proven by the significant regression direction coefficient value of p = 0.002 < 0.05 from the results of the t test of the influence of work discipline on service quality with the results of calculations using SPSS version 23.0 obtained by a calculated t value of 2.311 and a probability value (sig.) of 0.028, meaning discipline work has a significant effect on service quality. The results of the analysis prove that there is a significant and positive influence between work discipline and service quality.
