Abstrak

This research investigates the impact of utilizing animated video learning media on the academic performance of third-grade students in the Civics Education subject at UPT. Public Elementary School 064025 during the academic year 2023/2024. The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of incorporating animated videos into the teaching process and its influence on students' learning outcomes. The use of video media as a learning tool has become popular and effective in today's digital era. The engaging and interactive visual media in videos can positively influence student learning outcomes. This research uses a qualitative research method of literature study by collecting and analyzing relevant literature from various previous studies. The results showed that the use of video media in learning Civics and integrated learning can improve student learning outcomes. Animated video media is considered feasible and effective in improving learning outcomes and students' hard work character. In addition, video media makes it easier for students to understand the material, remember information, and create an enthusiastic learning atmosphere. Video media also overcomes time and space limitations in learning and facilitates student interaction with learning materials. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of video learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes and enriching learning experiences in primary schools
