Abstrak

The construction and development of village roads is currently increasing rapidly and has an important role in the transportation network, especially for connecting one village to another. In the process of building village roads, the equipment involved includes the use of heavy equipment. Heavy equipment is used so that the work process can be carried out according to predetermined targets. The aim of this research is to determine the productivity time of heavy equipment. For example, to determine the load of soil being pushed in the construction of a village road, to provide the difference in time between types of bulldozers in using the blade, to determine the distance of shifting or moving soil in road construction, to determine the time required to complete road construction. The results of the research that I took per day and per hour were different, such as calculating the soil load per shove ± 1.5 mᶟ to 2 mᶟ, the type of bulldozer used in the construction of the D3C series one Catterpilar village road, for the distance pushed by the bulldozer per day is ± 300 m while per hour is ± 30 m, while the time per day is 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours and 8 hours.
